2017 Stephane-Aviron Beaujolais Villages

Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of spicy red to dark cherries are married to clove, subtle earth and dried herb notes. Light to medium weight the palate has a savoury flavour profile of cherries, dried herbs, earth, clove and spice. Slightly dryish finish with finely grained tannins, fresh acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
