2017 Colle Marianna Soave

Coming from the commune of Ronca in the heart of Garganega country, Monte Ronca is a creation of local specialist, Antonio Fattori, an acknowledged Soave-master.
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and lime are subtlety overlaid by light dried honey characters with quince and infusions of fresh herbs following on. The moreish, well rounded palate features fresh lime, pear and quince flavours underpinned by stony mineral elements and fresh herb nuances. Dry refreshing finish with brisk acidity and a delicious medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
