2017 Chalari Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Intense lime juice and citrus aromas burst out of the glass followed by talc, granny smith apple and a chalky minerality. Concentrated lime juice flavours dominate the palate over lemon, granny smith apple, chalky talc and mineral. Superb length with a dry steely finish, fresh crunchy acidity and a long aftertaste of lime juice, lemon, wet steel, granny smith apple and talcy mineral.
