2017 Catalina Sounds Sound of White Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Elevated pear aromas intermingle with bees wax and lemon butter followed by some citrus and light spice notes. Mid weight with a sense of elegance over the palate, juicy pear flavours overlay bees wax, some lemon butter and light spice. Subtlety creamed mouthfeel. Finishes dry with a burst of citrus freshness. Medium length aftertaste.
Drink over next 3-4 years.
