2016 Wynns Coonawarra Estate Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon

Outstanding colour displaying a pitch black core with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas meld into hints of liquorice and mulberry with ensuing cedary tobacco and bay leaf notes. The palate doesn’t disappoint delivering a rich, well structured flavour profile of blackcurrant and mulberry fruit over subtle cedary tobacco characters, infusions of bay leaf and spice whilst retaining Coonawarra’s hallmark elegance. Providing a great framework are very fine grained, yet robust tannins and perfectly judged acidity. Finishes long with blackcurrant, mulberry, well integrated vanillin cedar, light tobacco, bay leaf and spice.
