2016 Moores Hill Pinot Gris

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. The nose displays delicate aromas of fresh pears, green apples and citrus with faint quince end notes. Light yet relatively luscious in its mouthfeel, fresh red apple and pear flavours are overlaid by a touch of honeysuckle with hints of spice on the dry lively finish. Aftertaste of spicy red apples, pears and traces of honeysuckle.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
