2016 Moores Hill Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. The nose is scented with white peach, nectarine and dried honey aromatics followed by subtle cashew and citrusy nougat notes. Possessing ample richness and a nicely textured creamy like mouthfeel, generous flavours of white peaches, ripe nectarines and dried honey flow effortlessly across the palate underscored by notions of citrusy nougat, cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with well balanced acidity. Long refined ending of ripe white peaches, dried honey, cashew, citrusy nougat and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
