2016 Mandala Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted white peach and ripe nectarine aromas overlaid by dried honey characters are followed by citrusy nougat and spice. Possessing good mouthfeel and concentration flavours of white peaches and nectarines infused with dried honey sit over spicy nougat followed by some zesty citrus on the fresh dry finish. Aftertaste of white peaches, dried honey, light cashew and citrusy nougat.
