2016 Laroche Petit Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated pear and dried honey aromas are overlaid by wet slate with subtle cashew and stony mineral end notes. Dry with a leanish yet slightly creamed mouthfeel the palate has flavours of pear, light lime, pebble stones, faint dried honey and mineral. Dry slatey finish with good bright acidity. Aftertaste of pear, subtle dried honey and stony mineral characters.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
