Brilliant pale straw colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Ripe lime, citrus, orange rind and talc aromas rise from the glass overlaid by hints of wet steel. The palate is quite austere with flavours of fresh limes and lemons dominate over subtle orange, wet steel infusions and flinty mineral. Very dry steely finish with bracing acidity and an aftertaste of lemons, limes, wet steel infusions, mineral and faint notions of oily toast.
