2016 Konrad Sauvignon Blanc

Certified organic. Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. The nose offers up herbaceous gooseberry, grassy asparagus and zesty citrus aromatics followed by capsicum end notes. Crunchy fresh the palate features ripe gooseberry, citrus and subtle herbaceous grassy characters over a flinty mineral infused finish. Crisp acidity with a conclusion of crunchy gooseberries, citrus, a light grassiness and flinty mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
