Made by Rolf Binder this rich, full flavoured, classically styled Barossa Valley Shiraz is aged in a selection of older French and American oak for 18 months and includes a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend.

Brimming with rich dark fruits and mocha this is classic Barossa Shiraz.

Displays notable depth with a black dark red core and a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced dark plum, liquorice and dark chocolate aromas set the scene with vanillin oak, subtle earth and spice notes ensuing. Medium to full bodied, plush and richly flavoured the palate is filled with dark plum, liquorice, dark chocolate and spicy vanillin oak characters followed by a touch of earthy mocha on the finish. Silky smooth tannins with a long opulent conclusion of spicy dark plum, liquorice, dark chocolate, vanillin oak and mocha.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
