2016 Indigo Vineyard Secret Village Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant aromas of ripe cherries and strawberries laced with violets evolve from the glass followed by notions of forest floor, some meatiness and hints of spicy anise. Very savoury and light in body, delicious flavours of cherries and strawberries decorate the palate over traces of anise, subtle earthy forest floor characters and spicy cedar. Solid drive with seamlessly integrated tannins and well balanced fine acidity. Long aftertaste of ripe cherries, strawberries, forest floor, a touch of meatiness and spicy cedar.
