2016 Fraser Gallop Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose exhibits nectarine and pear aromas subtlety laced with dried honey and gun flint characters over some faint citrusy nougat notes. Light to medium weight with a fresh yet faintly creamy mouthfeel the palate features elegant flavours of white peaches and nectarines kissed with traces of citrusy dried honey characters and subtle gun flint infusions. Clean dry finish with vibrant acidity and a medium aftertaste of white peaches, nectarines, citrusy dried honey and gun flint.
