2016 Debussy Reverie Cabernet Syrah

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and liquorice are overridden by some charry oak with spicy dried herb notes also evident. Medium bodied with a plush mid palate and good richness, flavours of ripe blackcurrant, blackberries and liquorice merge with earthy toasted oak and spice. Dryish finish with chalky tannins and an aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, blackberries, liquorice, toasty oak, earth and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years.
