2016 Cornu Copia Pinot Grigio

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. The nose displays aromas of fresh pears, citrus and granny smith apples with traces of dried honey and mineral also evident. Light across the palate flavours of pears, apples and subtle dried honey characters are prevalent over some citrusy mineral on the dry fresh finish. Aftertaste of pears, apples, light dried honey and citrusy mineral.
