2015 Torzi Matthews Schist Rock Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Lifted ripe dark plum and liquorice scents combine followed by some blackberry, hints of fennel and spicy vanillin cedar. Rich and fleshy the palate is filled with vibrant dark fruit flavours of blackberry, liquorice and dark plums over some fennel infusions, vanillin cedar and spice. Bright finish with velvety tannins and a long aftertaste of freshly crushed blackberries, liquorice, dark plums, subtle fennel and spicy vanillin cedar.
