2015 Ten Miles East Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of passionfruit and green apple intermix with herbaceous asparagus, capsicum and citrus notes. The palate is more on the greener side of the flavour spectrum with citrus, herbaceous grassy characters and asparagus followed by some capsicum infusions. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, citrus, asparagus, capsicum and subtle dried herbs.
