2015 Santa & D'Sas Pinot Grigio

Brilliant water like colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears and fresh apples dominate the nose with some light musk and citrus following. The palate is quite light and lean with flavours of pear, green apple, citrus and mineral present. Dry finish with crisp crunchy acidity. Moderate aftertaste of pear, green apple and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
