2015 Pinga Tempranillo et al.

This Tempranillo contains a small addition of Shiraz to provide extra depth, flavour and colour. Totally opaque inky black red colour with a deep purple red hue. Lifted liquorice and black cherry aromas are followed by some light scorched earth and vanillin confectionary. Rich succulent liquorice, blackberry and black cherry flavours fill the mouth over a back drop of scorched earth, sweet vanillin oak and spice. Slightly chewy tannins impart some dryness on the finish. Bright acidity with a long liquorice, ripe blackberry, sweet vanillin cedar, a touch of scorched earth and spice aftertaste.
