2015 Monte Tondo Mito Soave

Produced from 100% Garganega grapes this Soave opens with a brilliant pale straw colour that has highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose throws up aromatics of fresh pears, dried apples and citrus with faint lemon butter end notes. Fresher and fruitier than the 2014 ripe pear, apple and lime flavours dominate the palate with a dry textured finish counter balanced by vibrant acidity. Some light quince characters linger on. Aftertaste of fresh ripe pears, lime, quince and subtle lemon butter.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
