2015 Mandala Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Fragrant scents of dark cherries laced with a hint of mint are followed by anise, meaty clove like characters and spicy cedar. Light and very supple in texture the palate features flavours of red cherries, strawberries and a hint of sour cherry over some stemmy cedar and spice. Quite savoury with very finely grained, velvet like tannins. Aftertaste of red and sour cherries, stemmy cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
