2015 In Dreams Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with tinges of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Delicate peach and nectarine aromas intermixed with dried honey characters are followed by cashew, biscuit nougat and faint spice. Medium weight with an elegant creamy textural feel and possessing good freshness the palate is laden with flavours of white peaches and nectarine which interplay with subtle nuances of cashew, dried honey, citrus and spice. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of citrusy white peaches, nectarines, subtle dried honey, cashew and spice.
