This Shiraz includes 3% Nebbiolo in the blend. Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice, blackberry and dark chocolate meld into vanillin oak, earth and spice. Rich dark chocolate, blackberry and liquorice flavours flood the medium to full bodied palate with underlying earthy vanillin oak and spice. Fleshy mouthfeel with velvet like tannins that show seamless integration and a savoury medium to long aftertaste.

As sure-footed as they come. This is ripe and rich and yet neat as a pin, its flavours of sweet plum, spearmint, blackberry and chocolate melting in your mouth as they roll impressively through. Seductive in a controlled way. Tannin has been set just right too. Terrific value. Drink by 2030.
