2015 D'Sas Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of pear, ripe apples, some musk and a hint of quince. Palate flavours of pear and apple are followed by some quince and spice with a fresh lively finish. Nice rounded textural feel with an aftertaste of pear, apple, quince and light spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
