2015 Chaffey Bros. Wine Co. Tripel Punkt Riesling

The fruit for this Riesling is sourced from three Eden Valley old vine sites. Brilliant water like colour with distinctive greenish tinged edges. Zesty lime and crunchy granny smith apple notes dominate over some citrus and flinty mineral. The palate has a precise line of acidity with lemon and lime flavours to the fore over some light talc and flinty mineral. Dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of lemon, lime and flinty mineral.
