Translucent pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals delicate rose petal top notes with red cherry, subtle musk infusions, Turkish delight, wet stone and spice also present. Very savoury and beautifully textured with a rounded pebble stone like feel the palate has flavours of cherries and raspberries infused with musk over some wet stone with a dry lightly spiced finish. Excellent concentration whilst still retaining its sense of elegance and lightness across the palate. Long aftertaste of spicy cherries, raspberries, subtle musk and wet stone.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
