2015 Ad Hoc Cruel Mistress Pinot Noir

Deep bright dark red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Fragrant violet and anise top notes overlay ripe dark cherry and dark plum aromas followed by some toasty oak and spice. Medium bodied with a supple, yet full textural feel the palate is filled with rich dark cherry and ripe plum flavours that intermingle with anise infusions, lightly toasted oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Good power with a long ripe dark cherry, spicy anise, dark plum and lightly toasted oak aftertaste. A rich, fuller styled Pinot that’s big on flavour.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
