2015 3 Drops Cabernets

Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc with maturation taking place in French oak. Opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and raspberry are overlaid by some dusty cedar followed by some fresh herb and spicy tobacco notes. Medium bodied, rich blackcurrant flavours run into some prominent tobacco characters with underlying pencil shavings and spice. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy blackcurrant, tobacco, cedar shavings and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
