2014 Watson Family Vineyards Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright purple red hue. Nosing offers up scents of liquorice and black olives which meld into some subtle toasty vanillin cedar, dried meats and blackpepper. Medium bodied with a degree of elegance and a meaty yet savoury mouthfeel the palate features liquorice and blackberry flavours intermingling with dried meats, subtle vanillin cedar and pepper. Very fine grained almost velvet like tannins. Concludes with a savoury aftertaste of liquorice, blackpepper, dried meats and spicy vanillin cedar.
