2014 Sevenhill Inigo Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque very dark red black colour with a dark brick red hue. The nose exhibits aromas of blackcurrants intermixed with mulberries and black olives followed by cedary tobacco characters and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate has flavours of blackcurrant and stewed plum with earthy tobacco infusions and spicy toasted cedar following on. Finishes very dry with chalky, slightly bitter tannins. Modest aftertaste of bitter blackcurrant, earthy cedar and spicy tobacco.
Cellar 4-5 years.
