Made from a Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu this interesting blend displays a brilliant pale straw colour with flecks of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose exhibits ripe pear and apple aromas intermixed with honeysuckle followed by citrusy end notes. Fresh with a sense of fullness in its mouthfeel the palate has flavours of pears, fresh Jonathan apples and citrusy honeysuckle over a back drop of light flinty minerality. Clean dry finish with lively acidity. Aftertaste of fresh pears, citrusy honeysuckle and flinty mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
Alc 13%

Other Reviews….
Beautifully perfumed, it has lots of lychee, tangerine, citrus and salty minerality to go with a medium-bodied, fresh, lively feel on the palate. This gains depth and texture with time in the glass, and will be versatile on the dinner table. It should be another awesome value from this team, and drink well for 1-2 years.
