2014 Grosset Polish Hill Riesling

Certified Organic. Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge especially around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime and citrus top notes are intermixed with a hint of orange rind and subtle talc finishing with stony mineral end notes. The palate has a tense steely structure delivering flavours of lemon, lime and granny smith apple followed by mineral infusions with a dry steely finish. Crisp crunchy acidity with a long lemon, granny smith apple, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
