Matured in French oak for 10 months. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Nosing reveals aromas of black cherries, black olives, earthy leather and spice. Medium bodied with a tight chewy mouthfeel the palate reveals flavours of black cherries, black olives, subtle liquorice and earthy leather. Dry finish with a robust tannin structure. Aftertaste of black cherries, earthy leather and spice.
