2013 Voyager Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Showing good intensity the nose reveals aromas of white peaches and nectarine which meld into some subtle dried honey nuances followed by citrus, biscuity oak and roasted almonds with spicy nougat end notes. Light across the palate with good freshness and a moderate creaminess to the mouthfeel the palate dishes up an elegant flavour profile of delicate white peaches, nectarine and citrus which are infused with a combination of biscuity oak, almonds, faint spicy nougat and mineral. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of delicate white peaches, nectarines, biscuity oak, roasted almonds, spicy nougat and mineral.
