2013 Paringa Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a bright crimson red hue. Perfumed violet and anise aromas overlay ripe dark cherry and plum fruit with ensuing vanillin cedar and spicy dried herb end notes. Rich, fleshy and powerful the palate is awash with ripe fruit flavours of dark cherries, dark plum and strawberry with infusions of vanillin cedar, fresh herbs and spice also evident. Very polished, velvety tannins. Outstanding concentration with a very long and persistent aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, dark plums, strawberries, spicy vanillin cedar and fresh herb infusions.
