2013 O'Cuirc Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

A blend of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Fresh herbaceous grassy scents are followed by gooseberry, asparagus and spicy cedar. Textured and very flavoursome the palate features mouthfilling herbaceous grassy gooseberry characters, lime, asparagus, a touch of capsicum and light spicy pencil shaving characters on the back palate. Clean crisp acidity with a dry finish. Long aftertaste of herbaceous grassy gooseberries, lime, asparagus and spicy pencil shaving characters. A classic Margaret River blend done exceptionally well.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
