2013 Long Rail Gully Shiraz Cabernet

Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of inky liquorice and black cherries overlaid by meaty characters with following notes of smoky cedar and spice. Rich black cherry and liquorice flavours dominate the palate over a background of dried meats, spicy cedar and scorched earth. Slightly chewy mouthfeel with fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, dried meats and spicy scorched earth.
