2012 Zilzie Wines Regional Collection Yarra Valley Chardonnay

A great everday drinking Chardonnay.
Brilliant greenish tinged pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays a lifted bouquet of ripe white peach followed by some cashew, very light nougat and spicy oak. Elegantly weighted with a creamy texture that is perfectly counter pointed against the wines acid structure. Palate flavours of ripe white peach are followed by some cashew, a touch of citrus, light nougat and a spicy back palate. Clean dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of white peach, cashew and spicy oak.
