2012 Star Lane Vineyard Sangiovese

Semi translucent dark red colour with dark red to brick red hue. The nose displays aromas of dark cherries followed by subtle cedar, earth and spice notes. Medium weight the palate has flavours of spicy dark cherries, cedar and earth with the spiciness gaining prominence on the finish. Dryish slightly chalky tannins with aftertaste of dark cherries, earthy cedar and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
