Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with very faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Intense aromas of lemon and lime leap out of the glass followed by some orange rind and talc. Steely palate structure with flavours of lemon followed by some lime and steely mineral with a crisp crunchy acid finish. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
