2012 Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted white peach top notes followed by some more subtle citrus, cashew and spice aromas. Elegantly weighted the palate has flavours of delicate white peach and citrus followed by a touch of light cashew and a clean dry minerally finish. Aftertaste of delicate white peach, citrus, flinty mineral and cashew.
Cellar 3-4 years to fill out the palate.
