2011 Smith & Hooper Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays good aromatic lift with grassy gooseberry top notes followed by some green apple and citrus aromas. The palate is quite dry with flavours on the greener side of the spectrum – herbaceous grassy gooseberry and citrus. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters and citrus.
