A delicious blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. Opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red hue. Aromas of black cherry, liquorice and incense are followed by some meaty earth like characters and spice. Medium bodied the palate possesses good richness and a fleshy mouthfeel with flavours of black cherries, liquorice and black raspberries dominate with some underlying earthiness, incense infused like characters and a spicy finish. Soft velvety tannins with medium to long aftertaste of black cherries, black raspberries, liquorice and spicy earth.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
