2011 Mt Toolleen Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays intense lime and citrus top notes followed by some orange rind and mineral. Mouthfilling flavours of lime, citrus and orange rind followed by a zesty mineral infused finish. Clean crisp acidity. Long lemon, lime and mineral aftertaste.
Drink now in its vibrant youth or cellar 5-6 years (2011-2017).
