2011 Castle Rock Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with light crimson hue. The nose exudes strawberry and cherry aromas with some underlying cedar and spice. Light weight but with an excellent power wave and supple mouthfeel the palate delivers flavours of ripe dark cherry, strawberry, plum, cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with long ripe dark cherry, strawberry and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
