2011 Bress Silver Chook Shiraz

Deep dark red colour with dark red verging on brick red hue. The nose displays aromas of dark plum, dark cherry, toasty oak and spice. Soft and supple the palate has flavours of dark plum overlaid with some charry oak and some spice on the finish. Soft very fine grained tannins. The charry oak persists right through to the finish with some dark plum and spice also present. A soft easy going red, however, the charry oak is a little too prominent.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
