2010 Toolangi Chardonnay

Matured in French oak for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. Aromas of delicate white peach and cashew are followed by hints of toast, nougat and spice. The palate possesses good mouthfeel and concentration with flavours of cashew interwoven with delicate white peach followed by some light toast and biscuity nuttiness. Clean dry finish with long cashew, light toast and almond spice aftertaste.
