2010 Spinifex Papillon

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan and Shiraz. Very deep dark red purple colour with dark red purple hue. The nose is quite perfumed with aromas of ripe dark raspberry, dark cherry, some liquorice and confectionary. Medium bodied the palate possesses flavours of dark raspberry, liquorice and confectionary finishing with a touch of spicy earth. Velvet smooth perfectly integrated tannins. Medium to long dark raspberry, liquorice and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
