2010 Sevenhill Inigo Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 18 months in French oak. Totally opaque inky black colour with very deep black dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant, ripe dark mulberry, some cedary cigar box like characters and spice. Full bodied the palate possesses rich concentrated flavours of ripe blackcurrant and dark mulberry supported by a cedar backbone, a touch of liquorice and a spicy back palate. Solid but fine grained tannins in perfect balance. Long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cedar and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years (2016-2017).
